From 8th to 9th October 2016, the Five-year Strategic Planning and 2017 Operation Plan Seminar of the Uniasia Group was solemnly held in Guangzhou. Mr. Hu Xingguo (Chairman of Uniasia Group), Mrs. Wu Zhiqing (CEO) and more than one hundred intermediate and senior management persons attended this Conference.
Observing the world situations, Chinese enterprise rise
After entering the 21st century, with the appearance of powerful country, China rises in the world. In 2001, GDP of China ranked the 6th place in the world; with ten years, China has exceeded France, UK, Germany and Japan; in 2015, GDP of China was more than RMB 10 trillion and ranked the second place in the world. According to the updated pre-estimate by the Economic Times, in 2018, economy of China will exceed USA. The economic development center of the world is just transferred, a name will attract the attention of the world, this name is “Chinese enterprises’.
Great change of the world situations also is reflected in the cosmetic industry. With competition in the industry for more than twenty years, the best age of the foreign brands has passed; the best age of the national brands just comes. As the mainstream force of Chinese cosmetic enterprises, with the strategic and pre-sighted concepts and courage for competition, Uniasia Group will grasp the best age that also is full of challenges and start its own grand development prospect.
Among the competition by many giants, the Uniasia age will be highlighted
Mr. Hu Xingguo, Chairman of the Group, gave speech at the conference, put forward strategic guidance direction and new work requirements by centering the Group five-year strategic plan and operation plan in 2017 and so on. He pointed out, being the leader of natural cosmetic is the long-term strategic goal of Uniasia, and Uniasia will practice the internationalization of Chinese brands. Facing to the changes of current market situations, we will persist in the brand value differentiation path, offer the brands that can reflect the trend, are pre-sighted, innovative and have high value, the Group will become the leader of the category and subdivided markets. Uniasia will adjust the current network channel layout, expand the sales network in selective way, will attach greater importance to E-commerce channels and focus on development of E-commerce channels. Chairman Hu held that, if an enterprise can only find the poor market environment and holds that this is a worst age, such enterprise will be eliminated; if there is Chinese dream and it is believed that Chinese brand will rise, that will be best age, and it is also the best opportunity for create the Uniasia age. Speech from Chairman Hu not only actively responded to call of “Chinese dream”, also encouraged all of Uniasia people to have great confidence for realize the Uniasia age.
Mrs. Wu Zhiqing, the CEO, made overall review and summarization of work of Uniasia Group in 2016, and made new prospects for the strategic goal in 2017. She emphasized that the key work in future shall be product oriented, decision is made based on data, responsibility is undertaken for the result, the Uniasia age will be jointly developed through forging the team that has strategy, cohesiveness and sense of responsibility; as for management, Amoeba operation mode will be further improved, the annual planning and budget of the Group shall be conducted well.
The strategy seminar took the brand as the core orientation, the people from such different fields of Uniasia as marketing, R & D, supply chain, management, function and so on gathered, they communicate their ideas, the wisdom is mutually combined. There is a same stand for different disciplines, through discussion, each attendant can continuously understand the strategic thinking of the Group and will stride toward the new goal of Uniasia age.
